Certified Nursing Assistant

Miami Dade College provides a learning environment second to none, making it a fantastic place to begin your career as a CNA.

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are health care professionals who provide intimate, hands-on care to patients in medical settings under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). CNAs check vital signs, assist patients with bathing, ambulating and other daily activities.
